How do I place an order?

High itech magnetics accepts online orders, fax orders and phone orders.

What are my payment options?

You can make payment with paypal, west union and wire transfer.

How soon can I expect to receive products from High Itech Magnetics after I place order?

We ship goods from our warehouse in China within one to three days after you order magnets listed in our stock sizes. So you can receive ordered products in 3 to 8 working days. If you order magnets that are not listed in our stock sizes, we will have to arrange production and lead time could be 14 to 25 weeks.

How do you ship goods to customers?

Normally we ship goods by Express delivery, by air or by sea.

Can you ship magnets by air?

Of course! But magnets are considered a hazardous material on air planes and prohibited from air transportation when its magnetic strength is greater than 0.00525 gauss at 15 feet away. We have to make special package for the magnets to be shipped by air. Also, please don't forget that air shipping cost is much more expensive than sea delivery.

Magnetic Assemblies

Magnetic assemblies are components made from permanent magnets and steel parts (and/or some non-ferrite magnetic insulate materials, such as Brass and Aluminum) fixed or bonded together. Thanks to the magnetic field design, a magnetic assembly has a particular magnetic circuit that can concentrate or insulate magnetic power at a target space around the magnetic assembly. In this way, magnetic assemblies can be utilized for holding, retrieving, moving, lifting and mounting steel parts in different industrial applications.
