AlNiCo magnets are the oldest permanent mangets, including Aluminium, Nickel、Cobalt、Ferrum and other Micro metal elements. According to different technology, AlNiCo magnet can be divided into Sintered AlNiCo and Cast AlNiCo.
The shapes of AlNiCo magnet are mainly round and rectangle. Foundry technique can realize different shapes. Comparing with foundry technique, Cast AlNiCo is limited to small specifications. Among different permanent materials,
Cast AlNiCo is with the lowest reversible temperature coefficient and its max. working temperature can be up to 600 Celsius degree. AlNiCo magnets are widely used in various instruments and meters and other fields.

Cast Alnico magnets, which are alumium nickel-cobaltiron alloys, are the most established and windely used magnet materials.Because of their high flux density and superior temperature stability, cast alnico have been accepted in the widest range of application. Alnico magnets can be both anisotropic and isotropic. Anisotropic grades are oriented in the manufacturing direction and must be magnetize in the direction of orientation. Isotropic grades are not oriented and can be magnetized in any direction.
Sintered Alnico magnet ,which are also alumium nickel-cobaltiron alloys, is usually restricted to smaller sizes. it has slightly lower magnetic properties, but better mechanical strength than cast alnico magnet. Sintered Alnico magnet is widely used in all kinds of sensors, meters, controller speedometer and other applications.
